CAAC grants Air Cargo Germany traffic rights to China Print
AIR Cargo Germany has been awarded traffic rights to operate flights to China by the Civil Aviation Authority of China (CAAC), doing away with the need to apply for traffic permission for each individual flight.
The carrier will offer four weekly fights to Shanghai and three to Hong Kong using Boeing 747-400S freighters.
Both of the service routes will be operated as round trips originating in Frankfurt, Germany. The flights will be either offered as line-haul services or through a combination of charter and scheduled flights via Dubai, Almaty or other destinations in the Middle East or Central Asia, depending on demand by shippers and agents.
