2009年6月20日，吉尔吉斯斯坦“ITEK AIR ”航空公司恢复了在5 月份停飞的乌鲁木齐 ——比什凯克的航线，航班为每周二，周六，每周两趟。

受金融危机的影响，吉尔吉斯斯坦“ITEK AIR ”航空公司由乌鲁木齐——比什凯克的航线在5月份做出了停飞的决定，在经过了一个月的时间后。金融危机相对有所缓和的情况下，吉尔吉斯斯坦“ ITEK AIR ”航空公司暂时恢复了该航线并在2009年6月20日准点恢复起飞。
