In 2004, August 5th new Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport has been put in operation. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport situated in the north of Guangzhou, the boundary between the Renhe Town of Baiyun District and Xinhua Town of Huadu District, is about 28Km from the center of Guangzhou- Haizhu Plaza. As the traffic artery in the north of Guangzhou, the new airport expressway connects with Beijing-Zhuhai and Guangzhou-Shenzhen expressways, to swiftly transport passengers and commodities from Pearl Delta Areas to New Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

The new airport, featuring reasonable layout, clear plots and distinct functions, is divided into three parts: terminal area, moving area and working area. The area of terminal building is about 350,000 square meters and its handling capacity is 25million person-times and 1million tons of commodities per year. At the typical traffic peak time, it can satisfy the demand of 90 to 100 plane-times to land and take off per hour, as well as transporting 9300 passengers.

The New Baiyun Airport is one of the three major hubs and is the first airport harbor designed and built according to the concept of center hub even more in China. As one of the three major hubs, the new airport greatly improves the rapid collection and distribution of passengers and commodities from Guangzhou and South China.

• Transport cargo from regions to Guangzhou.We can organize cargo transportation from warehouse of supplier to Guangzhou by own vehicle. We can also make prepayment to supplier if he delivers cargo to Guangzhou by himself;
• Commodity Inspection.Most kind of export goods needs to pass procedures of commodity inspection before start export procedures. Supplier should do it himself and provide us with conforming certificate. If supplier can not do it, we can help him to solve the problem.
• All custom procedures and document execution.Customer should provide to us with full package of export documents. If supplier does not have necessary documents, we can help him to make it.
• Attendant documents for cargo.We can send any related documents, which customer provides us with, to airport of destination. If customer does not have related documents, but it should be some of them with cargo for safe custom clearance (as Packing list, Invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc) we can help to make up this documents and send it with cargo.
• Provide to customer with fresh information about cargo location (tracking).We stay in strict contact with air company and have full access to information about our shipment location. All the information can be report to customer by his request.

ATC TRN warehouse services

ATC International Freight & Forwarding Co. has own warehouse with floor area 480 square meters. Warehouse locates in city line, on protected areas. It has permanent electro and water supplies, heating system, refrigerating system, video monitoring system. Warehouse opens 24 hours a day.

We have own warehouse worker team, what let us to provide to our customer with next services:

• 24-hours receive cargo on warehouse.
• Possibility to receive good for one shipment from several supplier. Cargo split and reverse split services by own worker team;
• Temporary storage; We offer to our customer 2-weeks storage for free, if then the cargo is sent abroad by our company. If customer prefers to send the cargo by another company, the charge for temporary storage of cargo counts as 2USD/CBM per day, start from the day of receiving the cargo on warehouse;
• Packing and marking; Standard packing (1USD/pack if the volume of the pack is less than 0,14CBM). Special packing (wood frame, wood box, metal rack, pressing. Packing charge is negotiated)
• Transport cargo in Guangzhou; We deliver cargo of our customer to Baiyun airport for free. We can also arrange transportation to any place in Guangzhou. Price is negotiated.
