QianTong International Freight and Forwarding (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (affiliated to ATC Group of companies) was set up in 2005. It is an official enterprise authorized by Chinese State Committee of Commercial Affairs, Customs Administration and Chamber of Commerce and Industry to render international logistic services. Main activities are: international airfreight, sea freight, railway carriage, multimodal transportation. We also provide warehouse services and cargo dispatching; arrange custom inspection, accomplish custom formalities for export cargos and render other kinds of supplementary services. Currently our company has formed affiliated companies and offices in main transport centers of China: Beijing, Guangzhou, Urumqi, Shanghai and there is another company of ATC Group in Hong Kong Region as well. In the course of the years of constant development QianTong has grown into a company with its own international logistic network and proprietary computerized information processing system.
Since Urumqi branch of QianTong International Freight and Forwarding (Shanghai) Co. Ltd had been established, it has specialized in rendering transportation services from China to Russia and from China to 5 Central Asian states of CIS. We employ high-qualified and client-oriented personnel proficient in airfreight, land transportation, custom processing and expert examination of export goods and other worldwide logistic matters. Road transportation
Road transportation is widely used within the whole logistic system, its strong points (flexibility, convenience, shortest routes) make this kind of transportation the most independent. With our own truck fleet and responsible expert truck drivers we are able to provide you with anytime escorted car load transportation of your cargo mainly from Urumqi to Astana, Almaty, Bishkek.
Railway carriage
Since we have reliable partners both in China and abroad, we can provide railroad transportation from Urumqi or any else big city in China to Almaty, Astana, Osh, Bishkek, Tashkent and other Central-Asian regions as well as to Moscow, Novosibirsk and other big Russian cities along with rendering custom clearance services.
Other services
We have warehouse at International Logistic Center (less than 10 km from the airport) providing services of safe and convenient storage (6 CNY/CBM per day), special packaging (cost not included) and other services with possibility of immediate receipt of your cargo.
For export custom procedures (export clearance and passing through expert inspection of export goods) we employ appropriate qualified specialists (provided that all required documents are available, we need only 1 day for custom procedures implementation and approximately half of a month for VAT back).
