ATC Avia - 中国保税库首现俄国

中国在俄罗斯投资建设的首个海关保税库──中国「友谊」海关保税库已於近日开始营业。

根据新华社的报导，中国「友谊」海关保税库距谢列梅捷沃1号机场仅500米，距莫斯科至圣彼得堡公路2公里，占地3公顷，仓储面积8,000多平方米，设有海关等候区、监管区、报关大厅及便利的银行结算系统。保税库由俄国海关直接配备工作人员，提供通关服务。

俄国联邦海关署署长别利亚尼诺夫在开业典礼上致辞说，俄国海关高度重视规俄中贸易秩序问题。他希望中国「友谊」海关保税库的建立有助推动俄中贸易正规化。别利亚尼诺夫还代表俄方向「友谊」海关保税库经营者──中国欧洲商业开发投资管理中心颁发了保税库营业许可证。

中国驻俄罗斯大使刘古昌致辞说，「友谊」海关保税库是经俄罗斯海关批准的第一家由中国企业投资建设的海关保税库，俄国海关官员将首次进入由中国企业投资的海关监管库工作，这是中俄务实合作不断深化的体现。相信「友谊」海关保税库一定能为中俄两国经贸合作的健康发展做出积极贡献。
